Introducing Made in Barcelona: Showcasing Local Products

Happy World Product Day! On such a special occasion, we're launching an exciting new section of Barcelona Product: Made in Barcelona. This is a repository of some of the most interesting and coolest products I discovered over the last few months, built by people based in the city.

As of now, it's not an exhaustive list of everything that's been created in Barcelona. But our hope is that it will be over time. If you know of products we're missing, or you're building one yourself, let us know.

Here's a short summary of the products we're including in Made in Barcelona today:

Bingofy, created by Jose Saura, allows you to create a quick bingo game using a Spotify playlist. It's super simple and fast, and if you're a bingo fan you're going to love it.

Blank Pages is a distraction-free writing platform by René Galindo. It has a minimalist design yet it's beautifully crafted. It forces you to focus, an important skill in 2025.

Client Pulse is a platform created by Alex Lider, allowing you to understand your product's metrics. You can use it to automatically analyze user feedback from reviews and support conversations to understand why users churn, struggle, or love your product.

The Kaiku Labs team (made up of Aniol Carbó, Óscar Estudillo Marín, Guillem García Gil, Agustín Millán Jiménez, Longbo Qiu and Oriol Viladrosa Gonfaus) is insanely productive. They have launched all of these apps:

• Avatar Morph, which you can use to create an image into a nice-looking 3D avatar.

• OnlyFavs, which has a brilliant name. You just swipe right or left to keep or delete images from your smartphone.

• Reemi, to help you stay in touch with your favorite people and prevent you from forgetting important birthdays and other important dates.

• UI Fonts, to preview and test fonts in real-time for your design projects.

And Longbo Qiu from the team has also made these beautiful things:

• frama, to help you organize your screenshots.

• lesenn, a minimalist book reading tracker.

• whennn, a simple scheduling tool without needing to create an account or log in.

Lapsula by Xavier Velàsquez and Dani Vazquez is an appointment manager for health and wellness professionals. You can use it to set up your booking page, send automatic reminders to your customers, coordinate your team's schedules, and accept payments online.

Lingo is a fantastic product created by Max Prilutskiy and Veronica Prilutskaya. The product automates app and website translations using LLMs, and this kick-ass team was accepted into YC in the Winter batch of 2024.

Mainder is an AI-powered recruitment tool that streamlines hiring processes. Built by Clemente Lopez and Samuel Sala, its objective is to help you find the right candidates faster and smarter.

Nurture World by Alina Maria Beșleagă provides emotional support, expert advice for parents and access to specialists. Raising a child is hard, and you shouldn't do it alone.

Eric Capella has also built two products. The first one is Tricalendario, a calendar for all triathlon, aquathlon, and duathlon events happening in Spain in 2025. Start using it to plan your races and never miss a starting line. QianBao is his other product: a privacy-first investment tracker that consolidates all your assets. It's open source and secure.

Recrea transforms your videos into viral-ready clips using AI. Perfect for creators looking to boost their social media presence. This was created by Pere Ayats.
